We've produced our own PC build guide that guides new users through the process of PC DIY. There's a bit of ROG at the back too 😉

If you're unsure of any part of your new build or if you think a friend could use the advise, send them a link to our new pageor download the PDF for free!

What a great great great guide, especially to someone like me who is new to all this.
its great going out buying the big beefy parts like PSU,CPU,GPU,RAM,CASE,MOBO,HDD but for me its the little parts, like thermal paste, extension cables, cable tidy etc that are easy to forget and have to wait 3/4 days delivery.

thanks for this!

guys please vote for me, so that i can become roger too . Paste any of the three lines from this post to this thread http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?48981-***4K-UHD-Wallpaper-Competition***-Rules-and-voting&c...

Is a link to download available yet that doesn't require registration?

Also, did that water cooling guide ever get the green light?

That link takes me to another page where it says "This publication is not available". On the bottom left side of the page there is another link that takes you to Issu but even on that site is says "This publication is not available". Is there any other method of obtaining this document? I see a lot of posts asking about it but no replies...which is kind off for a thread that's stickied to not follow up...

I'm looking to build another gaming PC and a server and I'd love a guide crafted by Asus; especially since I intend to you Asus parts on my next build.

http://issuu.com/techinstyle/docs/build_a_pc_2012-with-rog/1?e=1269863/1109357 That's the link to the Issuu online. It's public - should not need a login.

Hi all, new to site. I too wanted to get a pdf of the doc if possible, did it ever make it to the ROG site as a download? I tried Chino's method (1-14) and signed up with ISSUU but could never find the download "button". I keep going around in circles. My son wants a "gaming" computer so I'm playing catchup on this subject (as vast as it is). We will be making on, it's now determining what level of capability and bang for buck for lack of a better phrase. Thanks all, Fred
