if it is the swift you are thinking of ( PG278Q ) then it can only be 1 used since it have a mini display port.
and the GPU have one mini display out ( and the other is going to end up in sli ).
and personaly i dont think the formula is going to support quad sli ( no specs out as of now that i know of supports that )
take a look at the 780TI cards ( 2 slot cards not 3 slot cards ).
SSD get a 256 for OS and 512 or greater for games and a hdd for file savings.
i know you listed the raider but its sli and you may end up geting space problem for it since you are getting a sound card.
GPU's red slot and addon cards in black slots.
http://rog.asus.com/324622014/maximus-motherboards/maximus-vii-formula-chill-with-air-or-water-play-...and the top black will get blocked by the armor ( was on last m6f too ) so if you want to place enny thing there you have to remove the armor.
try out the sound on it before geting a soundcard and see how it is.
PSU? go for a well knows brand and one that have high amps on the rails ( for VGA ) , like corsair or seasonic or other well known brands.
memory, get ONE kit ( aka the amount you want in one pack, not 2 ) mix kits and you will get trouble.
1 kit is tested so the memory moduels work together, tested and ok from factory, that way you are shure you dont get too mutch problem.
amount? 8 - 16 gig, mhz? 2133 and upwards,.
by connecting the PS4 you mean to the monitor and not to the pc?
for that you need another monitor then the one you listed, and the PS4 is caped at max 60HZ/FPS and it does not have a mini display port, so there you have to get a mini display to HDMI converter and you have to switch out each time you want to connect it to the monitor, since it only have ONE port on it and that is a mini display port.
