(Sorry for bad english : I'm French...)
I broke the panel on my Asus GL703GS. It was an AUO329d (B173HAN03.2)
The laptop is equiped with a gtx1070
I decided t order a new panel and to replace it by myself.
I received an AUO319d (B173HAN03.1) which has the same spec. It also has gsync.
But unfortunately, gsync option in the NVidia control panel has disappeared.
I did a DDU fresh install, reflash the bios to the same (309)
But still no gsync.
I have read about hardware whitelist combinations whithin bios/vbios/Edid of panel...
Can someone tell me if there is a workaround ?
I contacted Asus and the reseller and asked for the same question. Waiting for answers.
