P9X79 WS/IPMI & P9X79 WS (not IPMI)

Hi everyone!
Firstly, English isn't my first language. I'll try do to my best.

I have a motherboard. This is a old P9X79 WS/IPMI.
I never understood why ASUS didn't provide any support for this model but the P9X79 WS yes.

P9X79 WS/IPMI: page doesn't exist

So the problem is drivers and the BIOS from regular P9X79 WS won't work properly on the IPMI motherboard.

^ You can see it have 5x PCIe and 6x SATA and the IPMI chip itself in the middle of the PCIe ports.

So my question is, why I can't install drivers and update my BIOS for this model but the regular P9X79 WS could?
This is a mistake from ASUS ?
