[P5QL-E] Realtek Audio Console does not work

I have an old motherboard that still remembers the 2008 P5QL-E.

When installing the Realtek HD Audio UAD driver, it installs, but the application downloaded from the Microsoft Store - Realtek Audio Console - no longer works. After enabling it, in a moment it says "Unable to connect to the RPC service."

What's the problem?

The HDA driver installs without any problem.

Maybe you can direct me to the error somehow, I would like to solve it.

If the "Realtek HD Audio Universal Service" is not enabled in the Startup menu of the Task Manager then it will not work. If it's enabled or you don't see this in the Startup menu in Task Manager then it is not compatible.

Thank you for your response.

After installing UAD, Realtek is not visible in the Task Manager list. Only after installing the HDA, is it visible.

How can I check which Realtek sound card chipset I have?
