OK to use 3-way fan splitter in H-AMP on X570 Dark Hero?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to upgrade all of my case and CPU fans in my build around a ROG X570 Dark Hero mobo, and I want to make sure I don't overload any of the fan headers.

According to the mobo owner's manual, the H_AMP header allows for more current/wattage headroom (3A/36W) than the standard fan headers.  I plan to use 3x be quiet! Silent Winds Pro 4 in the case front.  Would it be safe/practical to use a 3-way splitter and run the 3 front fans off of the H_AMP header?  The manual says that the header is under Q-Fan Control.  Does that mean that I can use one fan as primary and the other two to slave off of its speed (with a 4-pin to 4+3+3-pin splitter) as determined by system load?  Or, do I need to use a different splitter that makes all 3 fans run at max speed?

My goal is to keep a quiet PC when tasks are minimal but to have the capability for fans to ramp up for high-demand gaming sessions.  It has been quite a while since I built my rig, and I have forgotten most of what I learned.  Just want to make sure I'm doing things right so as not to mess anything up.

Thanks in advance for any help!

how many fans you plan to use on the H_amp.

base on the info on the fans 3 will do 0.90 amps

The part of the pc quiet is underraded. but i do undestand.

you can use any splitter that support pwm.

Thanks for the response!  I plan on using 3x intake fans at the front of the case, preferably attached to H_AMP,  2x fans on my Scythe FUMA 2 air cooler which have their own splitter, 1x exhaust fan at the rear, and 1x exhaust fan at the top of the case (total of 6x 120mm and 1x 140mm fans).

Will using a 3-way PWM splitter cause the 2 fans I attach to 3-pin plugs to slave off of the primary 4-pin fan (i.e. all 3 fans speed up and slow down together based on system load)?

Sorry if this question seems redundant.  I'm just trying to make sure my thought process is correct lol.

make sure all fans are the same on the line.

you can put 3. do not put a extra splitter on the splitter plug to the line
