Just wanna make sure before pressing "order"...
The NVLINK bridge I should be using with the Maximus XI Hero WiFi is the 4-slot, right? Not the 3-slot.

Thanks peeps!

Looking at your motherboard and this guide, I personally would be more incline to choose 3, considering the spacing and illustration.
ASUS ROG RVIE Encore| i9-10940x | Dominator Platinum 128GB 3333 MHz | EVGA RTX 2080 Ti SLI | Samsung 970 Pro 1TB NVMe (x3)
WD Black 4TB | WD Black 6TB x2 | EVGA 1600 P2 | CaseLabs SMA8 | Custom Water Cooling | HWLabs Black Ice Nemesis GTX 560
XSPC RX 480 v3 | XSPC D5 Vario x2 | EK Blocks | EK-RES X3 400 | BitsPower Fittings | GentleTypoon 1850 x12 | Corsair SP140 x8 | Lamptron CM615

Oh, I think you're right NEO....there's a single slot between the cards...
3-slot it is then!!
Thanks for your help!
Where did you find those illustrations if I may ask?

Hey, UltraNEO*, could you give a hand here too, please?

Could you tell if the motherboard ROG MAXIMUS XI CODE does support NV Link? Because I was going to install one more of identical GPU: GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11GB AMP Extreme (ZT-T20810B-10P) into my PC and to connect these two beauties with the help of 2-way NV Link support: ZOTAC GAMING NV Link Bridge (ZT-NVL0A-10L). But, the ASUS support said that my motherboard does not support NVLink. Should I still try? What do you think? Because "Chucky3343" has almost exactly the same motherboard as I do.

Hello, Chucky3343.

But It doesn't even say in the tech specs of your motherboard that you are able to use NVLink, but SLI only. Are you able to do it if it is not stated in the description of your motherboard? I'm saying this because I asked ASUS support the exact same question as you do, but the only difference is that I have a lightly different motherboard -- ROG MAXIMUS XI CODE.

So, I just wonder how did it work out for you? Did you manage to launch you NVLinked connected GPUs???
