Not bad components.

Why You chose Asus Gyphon over say Formula or Hero?
Not sure if you don't want to go with Nvidia over AMD, many now putting those 770/780 in many discussion of building rigs.
SSD, well, i don't know what to say but recently i see many recommend Samsung Pro or even non Pro or 830 versions a lot, also Plextor M5S or Pro is on topics alot for SSD, think about those, i know many will tell you you will not see big difference with different SSDs, but why not go with most top rated ones not necessary expensive one.
Asus Rampage IV Extreme
Intel i7-3930K
Gigabyte Nvidia GTX Titan Windforce
Patriot Viper 32GB[4x 8GB] 2133MHz
H100i
Samsung 840 Pro 256GB 2x
Western Digital Black Caviar 2TB 7200rpm
Corsair AX1200
Cooler Master HAF X

If you do not wish to OC as you say then why buy a 4770K processor? It has a unlocked multiplyer for clocking.

And you do not need a 4770 in any case for gaming only. 4670 is fine. I still would go K because OC with modern boards is part of the fun and purpose.

Performance boost.

Lets get back on track. Your request was for a system that had no OC.

No OC is your choice. K processors have unlocked multipliers this was done by Intel to make Overclocking easier.
All motherboard these days can be used for Overclocking. 🙂 Even the tiny little ones.

4770 processors are 4 cores + 4 HyperThread
4650 processors are 4 cores no HyperThread

And they are clocked slightly slower. They will still play any current game with ease.

What is the frequency of the memory that you have selected? If it is higher than the default chipset specification you will need to Overclock your ram to get it to run at the speed listed on the box. 🙂
