First time posting, first time flashing BIOS.

Upgraded from ryzen3 3600g to ryzen 7 5800xt
Flashed BIOS to most current
After I upgraded CPU it never got to a BIOS screen, the QLEDs cycle:
Orange 5 sec
Red .5 sec
Orange 5 sec
Red 3 sec
White 1 sec
Green solid
Keyboard blinks and numlock stays on, but can be turned off as if in BIOS. Can crtl-alt-del and system reboots. No monitor output. I tried onboard HDMI, GPU HDMI, onboard display por,t GPU display port. No display. I flashed BIOS before upgrading CPU to current as of 10/08/2025.
I have removed GPU, m.2, and 1TB SATA3.0. same status lights. I put the original CPU the ryzen 3 3600g back in and same result. I spam F2, DEL, ESC, and still no display. I tested everything before the CPU swap made sure the BIOS worked and even booted to OS. Tried different displays. There is no BIOS flashback. Looking for help before I buy a new mainboard. For the new CPU I just spent money on. Before I let this board go I will try a different method of flashing the BIOS, forcefully through a chip read/write tool. Of that don't work the only thing I can think of is the new CPU fried the Vreg on the main board. Which I hope did not take out two CPUs.
