Hello Torutara
I might try two things.
Run the windows bluetooth troubleshooter, it may find and fix any problems.
Check the signal strength of your bluetooth devices.
Bennett monitors Bluetooth signal strength on a PC -- sometimes (betanews.com)

i already tried that, troubleshooter says the device doesnt support BT, although as i said, sometimes it works.
i dont even have the On/Off button on my BT Options.

Check that Bluetooth is turned on in the bios - Advanced tab, Onboard Devices Configuration.
If it sometimes works, does your device show in the windows Bluetooth devices?
If not, you can try adding it.
As an example, here is my ROG Azoth connected with Bluetooth. What devices are you trying to connect with Bluetooth?

Please give me the exact model of your headphones and controller, there may be instructions on how to pair them with Bluetooth.
