 is this what the voltage should be for the cpu? I keep getting Q-code 32

Code 32 is most likely your cpu temperature, does the code fluctuate?

In the bios, Advanced tab, Onboard Devices Configuration, if the Q-Code is set to Auto, it will show your cpu temperature.

If you set it to Post Code only, it will show normal codes.

Set to Post Code Only, when booted into windows, it should show code AA.
