New Strix X-399-E Gaming based TR4 system won't post with suggested RAM config

Hey guys! First post!

I just built an X399/TR4 based system last night and couldn't get it to POST using the suggested memory configuration in the instruction booklet. I finally got it to go by putting all 4 DIMMs in one bank on the right side of the CPU.

The RAM is a set of 4 HyperX Predator DIMMs (32GB)

Any ideas what effects this will have on performance?
