New RIVE Build (Considering Some Parts)

New here and just like to say hello to all the mods and members first.
Starting new build and just need a little advice on some parts.

Parts Already.

Motherboard, Asus Rampage Extreme iv.
CPU, Intel 3930k.
GPU, Asus GTX 780.
SSD, Intel 520s 240gig.
Case, Cooler Master Cosmos II Ultra Tower.
All parts brand new and still in boxes.

Parts Considered.

PSU, Corsair 860i.
Water Cooling, Corsair h100i.
Memory/Ram i cannot decide on memory for the life of me
there is to many to pick from, that being said i was looking at
Corsair 16GB (4x4GB) 2133MHz DDR3, Dominator GT. or
Corsair 32GB (4x8GB) 2133MHz DDR3, Vengeance Pro.

I know the GT is very fast memory but it's only 16gig will the GT
out perform the 32gig of vengeance pro.
Appreciate any advice on memory modules and i have never used any
other type of memory than corsair and will the PSU and watercooling
be adequate for this build...Thanks for any help. cheers.

Yeah, having claims to have the best prices and supporting it are too different things in my mind...but i don't mind there prices i've seen alot worse...the advantage for me is that there only a stones throw away, and don't have the stress on couriers and how they handle the item during post.

Update...These are the monitors i'll be using for this build, Samsung 2450BX 1920x1080 i run them in eyefinity on a ATI Radeon 5970x2 OC edition, I have always used ATI so my new GTX 780 Nvidia is my first Nvidia card ever.

Hahahaaa...My brother loves Nvidia, he runs quad sli in a ROG extreme board he is like you Nvidia only, now i'm getting abit of flack from friends and a few nephews saying why are you leaving ATI...lol.

Well I used to only use Nvidia over the old ATI because Nvidia were always better(from what I read in APC & PCUser mags years ago), but, for my next build I may be using an ATI card, maybe unless I can get my hands on a Poseidon lol

Years ago i didn't care about what card was being used until they brought out the first crysis game, i was on ATI and my brother was using Nvidia and i could clearly see his card was preforming better, but i still bought ATI... I've been reading about ROG Nvidia Poseidon looks amazing, but if you did go ATI what card would you use?

7970, if I could afford it. I was wishing to get a Matrix Platinum, but, i've heard other 7970's out-perform the Matrix Platinum and are better all round.

What about the new 7990x2 looks ok but i dont like how ATI are now only doing 1x dvi out and the rest are mini display port, i also read that Nvidia are going to stack the ram on there next cards which will be different...i've always found that Nvidia always had a little jump over ati technology.
