If you're using this system for work as well then it might make more sense to go with a CPU with more cores, threads and cache, like the i7-5820K and even better maybe the i7-6900k or i7-6950X if you have the budget. The rest of the stuff looks pretty good, so only minor adjustments needed (MB & kit) depending on which platform you choose in the end.

Edit:
You should also consider the Ryzen 7 1700X which is a good CPU for both work and gaming.

If you were planning to default your gaming installs to the 960 EVO and also install W10 on it, I would consider going with the next size up (500 GB), since many games take up lots of space, and by the time you have 6 or 7 games with depth installed you could be hitting a wall. I've been there. I'm assuming your photo and video editing would be done on the 2TB data drive.

Didn't see mention of a UPS in the list, but consider one if you don't already have one. I've had excellent success with two of THESE UNITS by APC.

I might recommend two monitors for the activities you listed, if your budget can accommodate, or at least make the one monitor 24" +.

Then you should be able to fit the Maximus IX Code into your budget. The Code comes with onboard AC WiFi and Bluetooth V4.1 so you don't have to get an additional expansion card just to have those functionalities. 🙂
