Hello all!

Starting a new build with the following and have a few questions.

Rog Strix X870E-E Gaming WiFi

AMD 9800X3D

Asus Tuf 7900XTX

64 GB Corsair CL30 @ 6000

Corsair Case fans etc will be controlled by iCue

I’ve read about the Mobo Bios updates and not sure if I’ll leave it as is or update to newest.

My question is…. Would you install Armoury Crate or no? I’m assuming only reason would be for driver updates?

Hi @Cod 

Really depends on your requirements. It's best to update to the latest UEFI version when starting out. 

Armoury Crate will be required to fully control the onboard lighting or if you have any other ROG devices. Otherwise, it's not compulsory.
