New Build : Playing around with Asus

i'm currently kicking around some build ideas for my next PC (End of the month or sooner) and i'd like your opinion on the "balance" of the system. 🙂
Budget wise, i'm playing around 2600€ , so it shouldn't be a problem, I guess.
Here is my current "favorite" idea :

Case : Coolermaster HAF-X
Monitor : Asus VE278Q
Motherboard : Asus Maximus Formula
CPU : Intel Core I7 3770k
CPU Cooler : Noctua NH-D14
Ram : G.Skill RipjawsX QuadKit DDR3-1600 CL9
PSU : Coolermaster Silent Pro Gold 800W
SSD: Samsung 830 Series 256 Go
HDD : Seagate 2To 64mo Cache
GPU : Asus GTX 680 DirectCUII OC
SoundCard : Asus ROG Phoebus
HeadSet : Razer Tiamat 7.1
Optical : Asus Blu-Ray Combo BC-12B1ST

And i'm done. 🙂

You could go higher in memory frequency if it fits in your budget...
