well i am in the process of looking for a liquid cooling unit for my processor i5 2500k now i'm thinking of going with the BigWater 760 Plus Dual Bay Drives Liquid Cooling System, Now i am wondering if down the road i bought a block for my gpu if this unit would cool both processor and gpu with a few mods?

Define a few mods? And could you link the kit?

a few mods meaning adding in liquid cooling for the gpu (going from cpu to gpu then back to rad) instead of just the cpu

Yeah I would say no you would need a high quality triple rad at the very least but thats just my opinion.

Honestly I would think of doing a custom if going to cool gpu, but thats nt to say you couldnt cool them with this. I just wouldnt expect to reach high overclocks and stay cool. This is from performance pc's

EK supreme LTX $45-cpu
Black ice pro II $43-rad
Swiftech 655 $67-pump

Thats $155, plus hose, and fittings and fans. and you'd be well off to expand. But its your call.
also look around you can get it cheaper than from their website.

Nice nvidia/ rog pic who farded. Srusly, did you do that urself?

thanks guys, but i guess i will continue my research on liquid cooling

you betcha. Took me a day to perfect that lil eye. Gotta love ms paint.

Tailgate, when you get ready theres alot to choose from but dont let it overwhelm you.
3/8 or 1/2 is the most common size for hose, fittings, and stuff. Ive used both with no gain in using the bigger sizes.
I dont have a reservoir because i dont a have a high oc. Looks like you need a double 120mm rad if your going with a top mount.

do you know your temps?

Thanks for the reply
I would like to go liguid cooling as i only have a stock heatsink and fan and the price isn't that much more than a good heatsink and fan.......now when i play games on max settings my pc runs hot and my gpu gets pretty loud, so i was looking for a good system where i could add in a gpu block down the road. It looks like i will have to go piece by piece but i am a rookie when it comes to buying fittings and hose sizes or a rad to fit my tower, a good pump that will last and a big enouph reservoir, so any help would be appreciated
