New buiild but DRAM yellow light on

Hi, just built a new pc but now it is not wokring. All the fans are working when I turn it on but the DRAM yellow light in the motherboard is on. 
Here are my spec:
-Intel Core i7-13700K
-asus rog strix rtx4070ti o12g gaming
-ASUS ROG Strix Z690-A Gaming WiFi D4
-CORSAIR Vengeance RGB PRO SL 64GB (4x16GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4-28800) C18 1.35V
-Samsung 980 PRO SSD 1TB
-Antec Signature Series Sp1000, 80 Plus Platinum Certified, 1000W Full Modular Wi

Hello,

Clear the CMOS

Remove memory modules and test individually in DIMM A2. 

If still receiving DRAM LED remove the CPU cooler and CPU. Check the CPU pin pad for damage and reapply the CPU and cooler whilst checking for even mounting pressure.

Also ensure surrounding motherboard stand-off screws are not over tightened.
