It all really depends on what you are going to be using it for. The M6E has a OC panel and is a great OC board and if you are going to be running more then 3 graphic cards then this is the mobo that you need to get. Now for the MVIIF (new mobo) it a great all around mobo. Run this with a new devil canyon i7-K CPU and I wouldn't be surprise if you it OC to 4.8 to 5GHz. It also has the onboard audio that is just as good ad a sound card. Great for running SLI or a single graphic card.
New data ports, has a copper water block , Both run dual channel 32 GB of DDR3 memory. In my opinion, the best motherboard that going to be on the market soon. Back to the extreme mobo. It a killer oc board. Save you a little $ and go with M7F it be $300 to $320 same for the CPU. Look around and you probably can get the new i7 for $300 to $310 if you have a mirco center you can get it for $230. Only 1 and you have to buy it in store. Hope this help a little.
