Hello and thanks in advance for any input and help.

Recently i purchased a ASUS Maximus VI Hero Mb, and a I7 chip
installed windows 7 on two SSD 120gb drives running in raid 0
Everything is running great, till i tried to put my two storage drives in, I have two drives one a 200g and a second a 1TB drive that i use for work data storage and other random non-gaming storage. When i plugged in both of those drives i get a "Boot Manager Missing" press Ctr+ALt+Delt+ and it does this over and over. I have gone in to the bio and disabled both of those drives from the boot selection and it still does it. I have even moved the connections down to 7+8 they were originally in 3+4. Still does the same thing, I can unplug them and it boots as normal

Any idea how to get these drives to work as storage drives?

Thank you

hi Omnicide , a bit hard for me to explain when not looking at it...
go into bios under boot tab I think
check hard drive part where you can see hard drive boot sequence
hmm, should have a drive partition that windows created when installed
windows, hmm not sure if windows 7 is same as 8 now tbh???
need to change sequence so opperating system drive boot's first

I have done that in the bio, i even disabled both of those drives from being able to boot from either of those two, weird thing is i can load up windows and i can plug them in and it will detect both drives and i can run them fine that way it just will not let me boot with them plugged in

@cheaptrick, i have gone into bios and done that already, for my boot sequence i have the DVDrom first, the SDD next and 3rd is diabled. I also went into the HD area and disabled the other 2 drives from even being able to boot.

@kkn Neither one of the drives had Os on them, one of the drives was even reformatted so its completely clean and i attempted to boot with the Raid-0 ssd, and that clean drive only and still had the same issue.
