Hi mate, welcome to ROG.

It all good for that.

I would like you consider a SSD as boot drive and keep the WD black as data drive. Not sure where you from but the price od SSD are falling. Do consider that. Cheers.

there is a new version of the crosshair coming out soon ( dono when ( month or 2 mabye) ) formula-z
ut if you want it now, go for the setup you put up.
and use a ssd for boot ( OS ) minimum a 128gig ( and keep it on a low filrate ( max 60 - 65% ) or it ill degrade over time )

Your are in japan why not choose Soldam Case. It match the asus ROG theme. For SSD you have more choices as compared to my country. Akihabara was my favurite place.

1. OCZ vertex 4,
2. Intel SSD 520 series

Cheers.

Intel and OCZ are both pretty good, Corsair's are up there too, but that depends on who your talking to,, 64gb will be ok for OS/boot drive but as kkn said a 128gb would be heaps better, you can have your OS and a couple of games with room to spare

But if we are talking about read/write performance, 256 will be a better choice. Having said that, 128GG better of value of money.

Corsair Force GT series and Samsung 830 series... 256GB will give both good space and and speeds...
