Need Advice on Case for a $4k USD Build

Sirrrus
Level 7
Hello, I have an older post here asking for build advice. I have settled on this build:

Mobo: Asus ROG Maximus XI Extreme EATX
CPU: *i9-9900k @ 4.5 ~ 5.0GHz
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i v2
GPU: EVGA Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti FTW3 Ultra
RAM: GSill Trident Z RBG 32GB (4x8) @ 3600
PSU: Seasonic Prime Ultra Titanium 80+ 1000W
SSD: Samsung EVO 970 M.2-2280 1TB + Older Samsung EVO 1TB SATA for storage
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Case Budget: $600 or less*
Originally I was going Corsair 1000D but it’s just too heavy and bulky. I don’t care about colored lights, only functionality. It’s going to sit where nobody sees it. Not too picky about aesthetic; if it’s just a black box with string airflow and space, great. Although, I would take a case with tempered glass, not a deal breaker though. It’s just nice to be able to read Q codes and such without opening. The ones with swinging doors are appealing as well for easy maintenance.

My concerns are 1) fitting the Corsair H100i v2 and getting enough additional airflow with it being attached somewhere, 2) making sure this monstrosity of a video card fits, and 3) I have an internal Blu-Ray drive that I’m going to hang on to as well, even playing the newest games makes me nostalgic for my older favorites. If anyone sees a flaw I haven’t mentioned, I would welcome the constructive criticism. It would also be a strong positive if it had pre-installed filters.

EATX Board
Video Card Height: 5.48 inches (139mm), Length: 11.89 inches (302mm), Width: 2.75 slots

Thank you in advance!*
