Closed water cooling loop for your cpu is fine. Even if you liquid cooled your graphics cards you wouldn't get any more performance as you cannot adjust the voltage on them without some kind of a bios mod, and even then I'm not sure you would be able to. NVidia has locked the voltage on the kepler cards.

Can I overclock my processor 3970x with this closed loop --> Swiftech H320 CPU Liquid Cooling Kit + 6x Noctua 120mm NF-F12 PWM 1500RPM Fans Push/Pull. If yes, how far i can push my processor wit this closed loop?

well no one can say for shure.
if you get a good cpu you can push it high.
if you are unlucky and get a poor one you may not be able to go past 4.0ghz.
its a lotto on that since each and every cpu is not 100% the same when it comes to be able to OC.

So hopefully i will get this good one. By the way you pay a lot of money for cpu and you're not sure at the end of what you will get, GOOD or POOR one for OC. This is sad.

You can always raid the ssds, to get a higher speed, otherwise great build. The storage Green hdd is a great choice if you aren't using it all the time. Otherwise after around 30min it will slow down (to save electricity of course) and will take around 5-8seconds to spin up again.
