Welcome to ROG 🙂

That all looks good to me. IMHO, the 3970X is a waste unless you got some incredible deal on it -- the 3930K is, for all intents and purposes, the exact same thing at half the price. Either way, though, it's a great cpu, and you've paired it with the best mobo available. 🙂

EVGA Supernova 1300W• Asus VG278H & nVidia 3d Vision

dont buy green, get a normal one.
green will power down when not in use.

So are you suggest me to swap for Western Digital Black, SATA 6G, 7200RPM, 3,5 - 3 TB ?

i stated normal drive, not black ( antronman did ).
normal WB drive best way, cheepest way for me that is.
a WD green drive have "powersaving" so it will "power down" when not in use.
but if you want to do a black in stead by all means do so. 🙂
taken from WD's home page -> WD Black hard drives are tested and recommended for use in PCs, high-performance workstations, all-in-one PC's, gaming PC's, game consoles, home media PC's and notebook computers.*

WD Black is a hybrid drive.

The G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200) Desktop Memory Model F3-19200CL10Q-32GBZHD is faster and costs only $13 more than the kit you listed.

Getting a single Samsung 840 EVO 750GB is $66 cheaper than getting two separate drives. But with your big budget, I'd just get the 1TB version and never look back. Getting smaller drives and dividing them for usage is a hassle.

Don't get kit WC. And don't even do a non-factory sealed loop on your first build.
