My computer does not activate virtualization

I have a TUF Mark 1 x299 with a 10940x, in Windows 11 there is no way to activate virtualization, latest BIOS and ME version that ASUS offers me, VMX and VT-D active in BIOS.

There is something that happens to me and it is curious, if I install Ubuntu on another disk and restart, Windows has virtualization activated, every time I turn off it is always disabled, if I enter Windows directly it is disabled but if I go through Linux - restart - enter Windows 11 - enabled, what the hell is happening here? The BIOS has an error?

msr lock control disabled = no virtualization and enabled = work virtualization,  BIOS bug?

See https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/other-motherboards/msr-lock-setting-not-respected-tuf-x299-mark1-v-300...

Maybe this is some kind of protective mechanism against hacker/pirate software. I also noticed some oddities, for example, if I use incompatible drivers in Windows (there was no conflict before updating the BIOS), then this protection will break out on the Linux system. I think the idea is that we will use only 1 Windows and only for games, such strict marketing artificial restrictions.

Well, I didn't buy a computer just for Windows and just for games. Thanks for the clarification.
