My Asus' addressable LED strips will take 2,7A out of the max 3A, risk?

Hi,

I have an Asus x570-p, and it has only one addressable header. I have a 600mm asus addressable led strip, and I'd like to add a 300mm one to complete the lighting in my case.
I already have a 3-pin splitter, in the manual it's written that the header can output a maximum of 3A (or 15watts total), the 600mm strip takes 9W and the 300mm one takes 4.5W, so I end up with 13.5W, that's really close to the max output of 15watts.

Is that dangerous? On the long run?

Thanks for the answers
