If you have already decided on the 4770k, then you need a Z87 platform for it - that's the Maximus VI series...

Do you want a ROG board at all? There are non-ROG boards from Asus which are still very good...

It seems to me that you need the system mostly for work, not for OC'ing - if so, then you may not need the k version of the 4770k...

I dont have one i only have a alienware motherboard from the 2009 and it my first time building one as window 8 need new system

I would stick with the K processor in case in the future you wanna OC to get a little more Juice out of the CPUs life, as far as MOBOs go, I always recommend Asus products, but unless you intend on extreme overclocks then a Maximus board may be unecassary, Gigabyte makes good boards as well, do you have a price range you are looking to meet?
CPU:i5 4670K @ 4.4Ghz stable at 1.2v
MOBO:Asus Maximus VI Hero LGA1150 Z87
RAM:G. Skill Ripjaws X 8gb (2x4gb modules) OC to 1866Mhz
GPU:TBA
PSU:EVGA Supernova 750 watt 80+ Gold
CPU Cooler:Corsair H80i, this thing is a beast for its size.
Case:Corsair 300r, not the best but good looking.
SSD:OCZ Vertex 4 128gb

4670K would be my call for your needs, any ASUS motherboard would be fine they all OC.

I would suggest that you invest in a SSD for your OS that would be a huge boost in user experience.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

Well you didn't say anything about overclocking. If you dont overclock I'd suggest you to get any board (z87) you like and use stock intel cooler. But if you intend to overclock I suggest you to use noctua nh d14. This cooler is big, it wont be compatible with your ram, should get lower profile. But it is the one of the best air coolers on the market. Im using one my self and very happy with it.
And as HiVizMan said you should consider ssd, cuz you're video editor it will save you time because of the speed and how video editing apps work.

Also be sure if your PSU is compatible with haswell. Because not all PSUs are compatible.
