Monitor Advice...

Hi...

I have recently been looking at the ASUS ROG PG348Q widescreen monitor.

Question is, should I hold out for a 34" 4K monitor from ASUS?

Are they even looking at going down this route?

I would be grateful if anyone with any insight could respond?

Not sure if this will help but I had a similar question, and was also hoping to see the monitor in person to actually see if I could perceive the high value of the monitor (in Canada it runs around $1600C.). Fortunately at our Best Buy (computer store) they had this monitor and several of the other 34" curved monitors on display and after seeing the ASUS one, to be honest I really didn't like the physical design (but again that is personal preference). I will probably end up purchasing one of the other 34" curved monitors (there are 2-3 others out there that are similar).

Many thanks indeed for advice. It certainly is expensive that's for sure! I have seen it in person recently, its just a case of justifying the monies for it!

I know AOC use the same panel, not sure if it has G-Sync though. Will have to look into it.
