Missing A Drive

I have a z-590-e motherboard.  It has 4 slots for M.2 NVNe drives.  I have slot #1 (closes to the CPU) with an M2 drive.  In the PCEI slot next to it I have my graphics card.  The next M.2 drive is empty.  The next PCEi slot is empty.  The next M.2 drive has a placement for two M.2 drives which are filled.  I have 1 HHD (missing) and one CD Drive.  So why is this HHD missing?

How to fix?

all info is on the manual. Also this change when 9th or 10th intel is on use.  but M2_4 is on use sata 2 is disable. use another sata

Depending on your configuration, sata ports 2, 5 and 6 could be disabled.

Try connecting your HDD to one of the middle sata ports 3 or 4 marked B.

If it still isn't showing, have you assigned a letter to your HDD with disk management?

Found out it was a bad cable.  I found the drive now.  Thanks
