Maximus XII Extreme not working with 4x 16GB Dominator Platinum @4000Mhz?

Hello all...

Today i realized, only 2 of those Dominator Platinum ist working at max speed (4000 Mhz).
If i swap over those RAMs to the other slots, i only can get a maximum speed of around 3000Mhz with the same
RAMs. Is any other discover that behavior on the Maximus XII Extreme Motherboard? I only want to clear up, if my
motherboard is okay...
