An update to an earlier post...
The board does not initiate the card. I can't see it in BIOS. It does not appear in WIndows 10 in Device Manager. Even as 'hidden'. I re-installed Windows 10, this is def a compatibility with the board (BIOS) issue or my card has died. It seems very alive, however.
