Maximus V Gene and GTX 680 DirectCU II

Hello friends,

as the title mention, i want to build a gaming rig with maximus V gene as mobo and the asus gtx 680 Direct CU II.

the only information i want to know is if this graphic card fit well on the card (as it requires 3 slot).

Note :
1- I DO NOT plan to SLI. So only 1 graphic card will be installed
2- The casing used for this build is the HAF 912 (mid tower size)

Yes it will fit. You will not have access to any of the PCi lanes as a result. So no sound card or any kind of card. 🙂

Perfect 🙂 That is all i wanted to know. As long as the graphic card does'nt block the rams sticks i'am good with it :).

I guess it will be pretty packed in there with that graphic card + the cpu cooler NH-D14 😮
