6700k at stock
r9290x sapphire
corsair ax 1200 psu
Corsair 8GB Vengeance LPX DDR4 Red 2400 MHz Performance RAM x2
corsair aio watercooler
asus xonar d2x sound card

having severe audio lag and stuttering lag on video as well everything at stock
reseated ram and cpu
any help would be greatly apreciated

Make sure you're running the latest BIOS. And do you have any of the ASUS programs installed?
