It has been 10 years, anyone mind tossing advice on my new build?

I have not built a computer since nvidias enforce 680i Lt ski 775 motherboard with Intel core 2 quad and 9600 gt.

Despite the age difference here is my new build with what i think is a conservative yet very expandable/easily upgradeable build.

the Debug led stays at 00, CPU LED remains lit

Asus support says bad processor, i did buy it through amazon warehouse deals and it came in mail sloppy packing.

i dont suppose anyone can give me a rundown of proper set up for plugins. power/fans etc. Maybe i missed one.

or is there a setup guide somewhere i somehow missed?

Update: Succesful Boot to UEFI. now creating windows ISO USB boot/install drive since i did not include optical drive.

Make sure you install Windows in UEFI mode.

So either my issue was I needed two pwm fans connected to CPU fan + CPU opt or I had a bad CPU.

I seem to have gotten it going. Unfortunately I need to do a follow up with my xp941 m.2 drive but I'll probably cut my loss and use it for game storage instead of boot drive. Replace it with a larger drive later etc. Am now currently updating everything. Took a few tries and windows customer service gave me the professional iso file. Fortunately upgrading is simple.
