Issue with motherboard beeps

Hello, I have a motherboard that was working fine then after trying to boot, it just starts beeping continuously, almost like a heartbeat.

The motherboard itself is a Asus ROG Strix Z590-E

The motherboard lights flash with the beeps, there is a slight delay between each beep but its the same timing no matter what.

The system has been rebuilt, everything unplugged/unseated then rebuilt. The only thing that didn't get reseated was the CPU/CPU cooler as no thermal paste on hand.

Was able to get the board to post once to see the American Megatrends after rebuilding the system but have not been able to see that screen again since.

What would cause this? Could it be a bad power supply or has the motherboard just fried itself?

Would appreciate any tips or suggestions!

Hi @NightVsGaming
Perhaps take a video of the beep code as depending on the length and number of beeps the system is likely trying to give you a stop code (which will help diagnose the issue).
