So my Good Friend has a SFF Build and he got a 5090FE and a 7800x3d with a NEgative 20 All Core Undervolt. He also has the Power limit set to 90% on the GPU. My Ssytem has a 9800x3d and the ASus Tuff RTX 5090 all stock only thing i have is my RAM running at 6400mhz. In Cyberpunk 2077 we MAx out our settings. and Use Frame Gen 4x (at 4k Res) and im sitting at about 220 (DLSS Quality) but he is sitting at 275FPS...This is the same Pattern even for Witcher 3. Any Clue how he can be gettting 50 FPS more using Frame Gen? and this holds true for all Frame Gen Settings even 2x and 3x.
I also haev tried using those same settings he has on my CPU and GPU and not a big difference at all. With no Frame Gen on and RT Overdrive with DLSS set to Quality im getting from 60-70fps.
