I have a problem getting a peripheral to work. It's a pair of Black Magic Design Intensity Pro 4K capture cards.
These were migrated from an 11 year old system where they worked fine.
In the Asus board, they were detected and the drivers installed. The cards worked for a few hours until I rebooted the system. After that, they were no longer detected. However, Windows 10 device manager reports them as "working properly".
BMD RMA'd both boards and it's been two weeks and they reported the boards are up to date on firmware and working properly.
BMD says that they had a similar situation with another customer and that it was the PCIe voltage had to be adjusted to get the cards working.
Is it possible to make this adjustment on my Z390-A?
