Is it ok to leave a "ROG Strix G16 Gaming Laptop (2023) G614" mining for days ?

I have a ROG Strix G16 Gaming Laptop (2023) G614.

Is it ok if i keep it running at 16 core (half the cores) mining for cryptocurrency for days, as long as i am maintaining it's CPU temperature (80 - 90) ?

For how long can i keep it running ?

No issue. However, I would probably consider doing this on a form factor that’s better equipped for 24/7 load.
