I apologise if this has already been covered but for a few months now my Ethernet connection has not been working.
It seemed to be caused by a Windows 10 update. I have just spent 2 hours trying to solve the problem and discovered the solution
on another forum. So simple I nearly cried!
I had already tried updating the driver, rolling back the driver. Nothing worked. The answer?
Shut down the PC...... Unplug it from the wall....... Hold down the power button to remove residual current...... Plug in PC and start.....
THAT'S IT! Ethernet now working perfectly lol
