Well, I bought a SSD NVMe M'2 (I wanted to be my second storage for games and other softwares). When I install it and turn on my PC it goes me on the BIOS and I don't know what to do to put it as my second storage. Can someone help me to solve that problem?

Put the ssd with the system in M.2_1 and this one in M.2_2 or M.2_3

If you have SATA drives on ports 5 and 6 unplug them and reconnect them on ports 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 because SATA ports 5 and 6 share bandwidth with the M.2 Socket and it may be why you can't see your NVMe SSD

And how can I see it if it is connect on ports 5 and 6? I have to go on BIOS or on my PC case? (Also, I want my number 1 storage to be my Kingstone SSD Sata II)

Which model of motherboard do you have exactly because when I look at the Asus B450M I see the Prime B450M-A and Prime B450M-A II model and on these models I see only one NVMe drive slot.
Also on the card manual you will see the location and number of the SATA ports, the SATA ports located on the edge of the card are ports 5 and 6, those located at the bottom of the card opposite are ports 1, 2, 3 and 4.
When you have one or more SATA drives plugged in and NVMe drives, the SATA drives always appear first in the drive list. If you installed the system from the USB support then the best is to disconnect the other SATA disk(s) for easier recognition of your system support disk.
