I've been scouring through the forums for more info for my motherboard but other than a post with a list of drivers from 2022', I couldn't find much so I apologize beforehand for asking the question!

Could you please direct me for the necessary (current) drivers and ME info etc. for the ASUS ROG STRIX z690 Gaming A WiFi D4?

i have the same motherboard, if you use bluetooth headphones, usually you will have enormous delay. There is a Intel Wireless Bluetooth driver out there that was released for Dell which lets you enable APTX and APTX LL .
