I only get it on Restarts and not cold boots and it is very intermittent it will give me an orange light and not boot but as soon as I force it off it'll boot fine and have done some stress tests with no issues but haven't done a MemTest though

AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D, 64GB X 4 Sticks of 5600MT/s DDR 5 Corsair Vengeance RGB Ram, XFX Mercury 9070XT OC, I just have EXPO and PBO enabled

If your memory is intel xmp and you run on a amd expo motherboard this light will occur; if you have a universal memory controller then it could be faulty and a memory test may be a good thing to do just in case.

🧾 Safe Future Test Profile (DDR5-6000)

📌 Main Settings

Memory Frequency: 6000 MT/s

EXPO: Enabled (use EXPO I)

📌 Voltages

DRAM VDD & VDDQ: 1.42 V

Default EXPO is 1.40 V, a slight bump improves training stability.

Don’t exceed 1.45 V for daily use.

SoC Voltage (CPU IMC): 1.22–1.25 V

1.20 V is enough for 5600, but 6000 often needs a touch more.

Keep under 1.30 V for long-term safety.

VDDIO/MC Voltage: 1.15–1.18 V

This stabilizes the IMC signal lines.

VDDP, VDDG CCD, VDDG IOD: Leave on Auto for now.

📌 Memory Tweaks

Memory Context Restore (MCR): Disabled

Power Down Enable (PDE): Disabled

Good luck to you, let me know if it worked
