GTX 1060 on Rampage II extreme

Hi,
I want to up my pc replacing my gtx 275 with this beauty https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B01KHWOAR4/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A11IL2PNWYJU7H&psc=1 the gtx 1060. Will it run on the rampage II extreme???

I also had 3x2gb of ddr3. unfortunately one of the sticks is now fried. How much ram should i get? Is 8gb that much better than 6gb? And more importantly, will 4 banks work or will the mobo just see 3?
