Hello,
I need to connect 3 monitor fullhd in portrait mode (vertically) to a graphics card.
I see some models of asus graphics, but i dont know if is enough because the resolution.
Its not for gamming, its for scripting and low resource usage, but a lot of information in screen.

In this models resolution is 2560x1600, but i need 1920px of height OR NOT ?
http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/GTX650TI2GD5/#specifications

In nvidia page some graphics have support to multi-monitor and resolution is 5xxx but in specifications page os asus graphics, the information is not clear to me.

very grateful for your help.

it supports UP to that resolution range per card.
but if your interested AMD is the multi monitor card to have realy.
AMD can have up to 6 monitors on one card ive seen but that could be on a high end card i guess.

That card will run 3 screens no problem for simply outputting normal display stuff. It is only driving high resolutions gaming that you need more horse power. Just have to make sure you have the connections..cables and ports on the monitors. With that card you would have two DVI and a HDMI or VGA cable. The resolution 2560x1600 simply rotates with the monitor......;) so no you don't need 1920 height...

Thank's for your repply. 🙂
Just for clarify. The resolution 2560x1600 is for EACH dvi port, or 2560x1600 is total resolution that graphics card allow in this output interface (dvi) ? Because i need connect 3 monitor it's important i'am sure of that.
It's a newbie question, but i dont already connect this amount of resolution to a graphics card.

Thank you 🙂

Yes, that's correct..it's the limit of the connection but each connection is capable of that maximum so each DVI will do 2560x1600, the HDMI will do the same and the VGA (D-SUB) a bit less. Not total for all maximum for each.:)
