specs asus tuff gaming 370z motherboard using latest bios 3004

cpu i7 8700

have 2 nvme drives installed 2 hdd drives graphics card is in top pcie 16 slot closest to cpu

Hi @orhan22 you should check this information via nVidia Control Panel application instead of using any other software. Your screenshot is already showing the tooltip message that during power saving / eco mode, the reported information could be different. Basically your computer really needs to use/demand GPU resources for the GPU to be utilized. This is why I am suggesting that you check the information in the nVidia Control Panel application.

i was getting same result while in a game unfortunately the pcie slot broken had it tested on another motherboard got x16 result lasted 6 years
