I am planning on buying

Currently I own a G73SW with 16Gb and it would be a nice improvement to be able to increase it`s memory to 32 Gb. As I believe this is not possible, I have decided to purchase BestBuy`s G75 low budget version.
My questions are:
1. Does the G75VW-BHI7N07 supports 32 Gb? (BestBuy`s website states a maximum of 16Gb)
2. What is the spec of the installed modules?
3. How many of these modules are easily accessible from the back cover?
