Microsoft Engineers are smoking peyote.
When the 17763 build is pushed to release again, those with hardware requiring drivers to be loaded in specific order will need to check the Windows Driver Store on their machine. (Not talking about the Microsoft Store)
PowerShell
Get-WindowsDriver -Online | Select OriginalFileName,ProviderName,Version,Driver
CMD
PnPUtil.exe -e
The servicing stack for the update reinstalls the drivers in random order. (At least this time they remembered to reinstall the drivers they removed)
oem#.inf
oem0.inf will no longer be secnvme.inf
Example G751JY: NVMe Disk 0 to Disk 2
As a result, WinPE drivers such as SCSI NVME IASTOR AHCI will not be enumerated first.
While this may not cause fatal errors, it will cause disks enumeration to change order from original setup and also delay in boot time as the device tree will need to search for appropriate drivers
3rd party Anti-virus software will also have their drivers reordered so check if they are functional
