First High Build - ROG Professionals Help Requested

Hi ROG professionals, I'm going to make my first build and came across some questions that I'm unable to solve even after searching.

First of all I let you know the

Build:
- Case: Lian Li PC-O8X
- Motherboard: ASUS MAXIMUS VIII EXTREME GAMING - Socket 1151
- Cpu: Intel i7-6700K (Overclocking)
- Cpu Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H100i GTX
- Ram: Corsair DIMM 32GB DDR4-3000 -CL15
- Ram Cooler: Corsair Dominator Airflow Platinum
- Gpu: ASUS GeForce STRIX GTX980Ti DC3OC - 6Gb
- Psu: Corsair AX860i
- Fan: x10 Corsair Air Series AF120Q Red Quiet Editor
- SSD: Samsung 850 Pro 2,5" 1 TB, Solid State Drive

Extras:
- Corsair Kabel-Set AXI/AX/HX/TXM/RM/C Red
- x2 Nanoxia 3-Pin Molex-6x3-Pin Adapter 60 cm

Questions (1)
The case itself has x8 "120 Fans" and I intend to use 2 of them +2 more in order to create Push/Pull altogether with the Radiator.
The Corsair AF120 are 3-Pin, but how do I get x10 Fans working without using a Fan Controller? (since my case don't feature slots).

I thought about using two 3-Pin Molex 6x3 for a total of 12 Fans capacity but I don't think I can connect them to the MOB.
So would be the only option connecting to the PSU? If yes can I connect the 3-Pin into the 4-Pin (Since I don't think it features any 3-Pin) and would I still be able to monitor them since the PSU has Corsair Link? (This is my biggest struggle).

Feel free to gives me alternatives, still I'm limited to https://www.alternate.de/ and maybe some Amazon.

Question (2)
Do I need any other cables to power everything up? Since the Hardware always is packed with the essential... (at least I think so).

Question (3)
Would you change anything on the build? Help is welcome since it's going to be my first and probably last High (Not so End) Pc.?

I'm writting this from my Phone so sorry any inconvenience including my english.

I like Chino's suggestion for the EK predator 360 if for anything just the cpu, it's the better cooler with a 360 radiator and will give you a better chance at achieving higher overclocks. But this depends on the cpu, all cpu's are not created equal so all you can hope for is Intel sends you a good one. You can have the predator 360 with three fans or do a push/pull configuration with 6 fans.

Depending on how you're going to configure your fans you will need corresponding fan splitter cables and they will connect straight to the fan controller. There are different fan splitter cables 2x 4x 6x 8x. Connect the single end to your fan controller then multiple ends to your fans.

As an example here is a 6 fan splitter cable

Here is a 6 fan splitter cable for a radiator, notice the cables are longer and shorter to reduce cable clutter.

If you will be doing rendering and want 32GB you want to purchase a single 32GB kit now rather than combining two 16GB kits. Combining two ram kits even of the same specs can give you problems and headaches getting them to work and is not advisable.

Seasonic as Chino mentions are great psu's, EVGA supernova's are good too as they come with a 10 yr warranty.

Wow thanks for all that info! So I guess the fan problem is over (just needed to know were to connect the controller in the end since I'm not into that categy.
So the predator would be for the cpu, wish I could import from your country some stuff, going to see if I find the gear you guys mentioned 🙂

According to the specification table for the PC-O8X, it supports radiators with the following dimensions 120 x 360 x 70mm in the front. So the Predator 360 should have no problem fitting in there.

Regarding watercooling your GPU, it's not a must. But there is option to do so if you choose to.

True, I really like this Forum people don't mind helping each other (I call it passion for hardware) xD
Still, with all that info I know have to Look into each things so that I can get the best out of my build ^-^
Thanks, for helping 🙂

You're welcome, if you have anymore questions please ask.

I see there is a 2800MHz and a 3200MHz 32GB trident z kit,

I probably wouldn't go any higher than 3200Mhz with 32GB. 2800MHz would be a safer bet, it's all up to the cpu's IMC if it can handle it.
