I've upgraded my main computer with a Strix Z690-E motherboard.
I've noticed a peculiar behavior when the system is powered on. The computer starts booting up for a few seconds and then restarts, before booting to the desktop.
Subsequent restarted don't exhibit pattern. I also don't remember happening when the motherboard was being on my bench.
Is there a setting in the BIOS that has enabled this feature? (I'm running version: 1304.)
