Trashed my system. I was completely stable running 96GB of V-Color Mantis Prism X 7200Mhz DDR5, 13900KF, MSI SuprimX 4090 (Air), Open Loop, A beast. ROG Z790-E GAMING Wi-Fi Board. 1402 absolutely trashed my machine. I was even locking up IN THE BIOS!

Don't flash this bios. Stay at 1303. TRUST ME!!!!!

Asus royally screwed up.

No problem with 1303, no post with 1402.
For ME, couldnt’ downgrade by reverting to 1303, so it kept ME version 16.1.30.2264 (with 1303) and pc is Ok.

Try single DIMM in A2 on 1402 at Optimised Defaults.

yes it sends you to bios again by pressing f2 or del do it enter bios and leave all how it was and restart again it schould work

f...that maybe i had luck i hope ...it fixed some drivers issue but they always doing it ...i had this sit with bios earlier i cant oc over 6200 mhz and later after bios 6600 ...

and also same with cpu om some verion behavior after oc was different on each bios best was 1303...1404 dont know yes need to set all ...i was setting bios very long time on 1303 and it was annoying ...earlier evwn more bit now its ok thing is they add lot of ****** but its not working all together and and if some options would be removed it will work super ok ......what we can do ...? biy less and comment on fan pages problems and crap design anywhere you can in coments etc that people see it fugk corp

My system is also broken! 1303 with Intel ME 16.1.27.2176. ran great and stable. 1402 with ME 16.1.30.2264 broke everything again. I can't exactly understand whether it's the BIOS or the ME. But the PC gets stuck on the ROG logo again, a problem that 1303 had solved.
Now it's back. Rolling back to 1303 didn't help, which is why I suspect the ME.
But maybe a combination of both.
It's just painful.

i instaled driver installer ... and instal each manualy after malwerbytes i dont use armoury etc i turned off speed step in bios and some other settings i oc ram again from 6000 tp 6600 but propobly will go better after setting u need normaly set up voltage for mine producent said 1.4 in bios was 1 .2 lol and so on i was thinking to install windows again but it working it took half day searching and setting and trying but now its i think allmost ok
